 Aeronautics or aviation

The term “ aviation ” covering more particularly the field of aircraft, the term “ aeronautics ” is therefore more general and must be used when the subject covers all aircraft.

What is the role of civil aviation?

The General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGAC) has the mission of guaranteeing the safety and security of air transport by placing the logic of sustainable development at the heart of its action.

Who invented the world's first airplane?

Clement Ader

It was ClĂ©ment Ader (1841-1925), a French engineer, who invented the first airplane . Inspired by the flight of birds, he builds a machine which he baptizes Aeolus (the god of the wind in Greek mythology).

Who made the first airplane flight?

wright brothers

Alberto Santos-Dumont

Victor Tatin

E.Lilian Todd

What is the role of IATA?

The International Air Transport Association ( IATA ) is the trade association representing the world's airlines, some 260 air carriers or 83% of total air traffic.

What are the careers in aviation?

Accompanying passengers with reduced mobility. Buyer. Airport reception agent / airport reception officer. Commercial stopover agent. Behavior assessment officer. Freight agent. Aircraft cleaner . Ramp agent.

Who invented the first airplane and when?

Wilbur Wright

As for the invention of the first reliable motorized airplane , we owe it to the brothers Orville and Wilbur Wright. "Flyer I" successfully completed its first flight on December 17, 1903

When was the first airplane created?

December 17, 1903: first powered and directed flight by the Wright Brothers. September 13, 1906: first powered flight in Europe with Alberto Santos-Dumont.

How to fly an airplane?

When the plane advances, thanks to the shape of its wing, the air which passes above the wing accelerates. The air pressure is then less strong above the wing than below. It creates a depression: it means that the wing is sucked up. It allows the plane to fly .

How does an airplane take off?

When an airplane flies, 4 different forces act on the moving machine. Lift is a force related to the effect of the wind on the wing which pulls the aircraft upwards. It is what allows a plane to take off and keep it in the air. Conversely, weight is a force that pulls the aircraft to the ground.

This is an Aerospace engineering concerned with the development of aircraft and spacecraft, focused on designing aeroplane and space shutlle and it is a study of all the flying wing used within the earth's atmosphere. Also dealing with the Avionic systems that includes communications, navigation, the display and management of multiple systems. Also dealing with Aircraft mishap such as Accident and Serious Incident
